Aria Films is increasingly active in the development and production of original material through its strong relationships with emerging writing and directing talent within the UK film industry, and has completed its first own developed feature, “Kill Kill Faster Faster”, marking the debut of leading commercial and pop promo director Gareth Maxwell Roberts. The film, which was shot entirely in Rotterdam stars Gil Bellows, Lisa Ray, Esai Morales, Shaun Parkes and Moneca Delain.

The company is also ideally placed to become involved in projects originated by producers outside the United Kingdom as their UK co-producer within the terms of the applicable international treaties or the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-Production of 1992, in order to provide the relevant production with a fully integrated local partner and enable it to access available sources of development and/or production funding in the UK.

Aria’s role in this respect will include the creation of a qualifying co-production structure for the film, all required liaising with the Department of Culture, Media and Sport in the UK for the purpose of national certification of the film, the arrangement of such production activity and spend as may be required on British elements on behalf of the production (including the sourcing of talent, crew and/or facilities for the project), as well as the sourcing and negotiation of all available financing for the project in the UK.
